Landulph Parish Council consists of seven members served by a clerk. The council meets monthly on the third Monday of each month at Landulph Memorial Hall annex starting at 7:30pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings.

The Parish owns the Memorial Hall which is managed for the council by the Memorial Hall Committee as a separate body which raises funds for the operation and maintenance of the hall.

The Parish also owns the recreation ground at Penyoke together with the childrens' play equipment. The Searle Family Memorial field was gifted to the parish and is used by Saltash Cricket Club.
