Council meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at Landulph Memorial Hall, commencing at 7:30pm with a 15 minute public forum. Councillors are normally available for consultation from about 7pm, and plans and correspondence are available for inspection before the meeting.

At the close of the Agenda for the main meeting there is a further 10 minute public forum prior to a second meeting to discuss planning matters. Planning minutes are available here.
